Like many of our programs, the process of redoing our website was a 52-week journey of self-discovery. As many of you know, the Stagen experience is not easy to put into words. It’s much harder to articulate in writing. This project has been challenging, revealing, and rewarding. The past year has yielded clarity about the work we feel called to do in the world: engage & train leaders who are both sincere & serious about changing their companies, their teams and most importantly, themselves.
Not only did we wrestle with the big ideas, we also made tactical changes to the website to make your experience better, including:
- Mobile responsiveness (you can now access your member portal from any mobile device)
- A clear understanding of our programs for future members
- Clean navigation to guide you to your most relevant needs
- An original Stagen blog

The headline for our website, in 4 simple words, was one of the hardest to acknowledge. As we commonly challenge our members to play big, we’ve realized that we need to answer our own question. Consider these changes the beginning of an answer to the question that greets you on the homepage:
