Application Process


1. To Apply for a Program

  • Completed applications and deposit should be submitted as early as possible to ensure a place in the program
  • Once the application has been approved and the deposit has been submitted, a 45-minute phone interview will be scheduled with a member of the Stagen faculty

Please answer all questions thoroughly – the Admissions Committee will only consider completed applications.

2. Admissions Criteria

We look for experienced professionals with demonstrated business expertise and leadership potential. To ensure a high-impact learning experience for all program participants, we select candidates from a strong pool of diverse industries, countries, and backgrounds.
Stagen Leadership Academy values and seeks talented individuals, faculty, and staff from diverse backgrounds. Stagen Leadership Academy does not discriminate based on race, sex, sexual orientation, religion, national or ethnic origin, age, or disability.
Stagen Leadership Academy only offers non-degree programs. Certificates of completion are awarded to participants upon completion of the program.

3. Payment, Deferral, & Transfers

Payment
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your space in the program and is due at the time of application. Tuition balance is due 60 days prior to the start of a program. Tuition is transferrable (subject to fees) only prior to program start. Tuition is non-transferable once a program begins.
We accept wire transfers, checks made payable to the “Stagen Leadership Academy,” and credit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice. You can expect to receive specific information and materials regarding preparation and logistics approximately three weeks before the program start date if your full tuition payment has been received.
Deferral
All Deferral requests must be received in writing. Deferral requests received more than 60 days prior to a program’s start date will be allowed to register in another Stagen program with no penalty. Deferral requests received less than 60 days from a program start will be subject to forfeiture of deposit. Any deferral request received less than 30 days from the start of a program is subject to forfeiture of deposit plus a 25% deferral fee.
Only one deferral request per enrollment is allowed. The requested deferral program must occur within 12 months of the start date of the original program date
If Stagen cancels a program due to low enrollment, registered participants will receive a refund of any tuition paid or be allowed to move their registration to a future running of the program. Refunds from cancelled programs can also be applied to other open-enrollment programs.
Please note that in all situations, participants are responsible for their travel to and from the Stagen Leadership Academy. Stagen cannot reimburse for any travel expenses that may have been incurred.
Transfers
Participants who need to transfer to another program can do so within one year of the start date of the original program. Transfer requests are subject to a transfer fee of 50% of tuition. The remaining balance can be applied to another Stagen program or refunded within one year of the original program date. All transfers post the completion of Quarter 1 must be requested in writing and approved by Stagen.
Please note that 100% of the full tuition will be forfeited if one of the following occurs:

  • The registrant does not enroll in another program within one year of the original start date
  • The registrant has not requested a refund within one year of the original start date
