I start by asking four things; and our teams are doing the same, and our board is doing the same. The first thing is 'How are you? How are you at an individual level? How's your family?' Because we're all sequestered with our families right now, and even those of us that are sequestered alone, we have our extended friendships, our extended communities, our extended families. The third question, and these are all done at the same time, round robin style, 'Are you taking care of yourself?' And the fourth, 'Are you in need of any specific resource and how can I, as your leader, help to make things easier for you?'
