Stagen’s intervention process is grounded in a shared purpose of discovering and fulfilling the promise of our potential. Guided by our philosophy, design principles, and service principles, our approach is broken into three key stages: Discover, Design, and Deliver.
The Integral Leadership Program (ILP) is a 52-week, practice-based program designed to develop executives serious about transforming themselves, their teams, and their organizations.
The 52-week program is broken down into quarterly cycles. Participants are exposed to new content each quarter and are supported by a robust 13-week implementation structure specifically designed to foster practice and behavioral change.
The structure for each 13-week implementation cycle kicks off with a quarterly in-person workshop that is followed by alternating weeks of group teleclasses and 1-on-1 executive coaching.
Workshops
Participants are assigned to a dedicated 20-person peer cohort for the duration of their ILP journey. For a full day each quarter, they join their classmates at our Dallas facility to engage in content review, experiential exercises, and facilitated discussions.
Online Portal
To compliment the support provided by executive coaches and peers, our online learning portal offers 24/7 access to ILP course materials, a dashboard to track practice, and more.
1:1 Executive Coaching
Every two weeks, participants talk 1-on-1 with their executive coach by phone. These calls support accountability and provide a confidential forum for the personal dimension of leadership transformation.
Teleclasses & Forum Discussion
Bi-weekly teleclasses and vibrant email discussions are curated by the Stagen faculty to promote a forum for peer learning and idea sharing among classmates.
The curriculum of the ILP is delivered through learning modules, supplements, tools, and online resources. Each quarter is designed to explore unique topics that are linked to specific learning objectives.

Schedule an informational call with a Stagen Advisor. During this 30-minute conversation, we will explore how the ILP may fit with your immediate and long-term leadership goals.
Apply to the ILP by completing our simple online application. Your Stagen Advisor will email you a personalized link to access the application which should take 20-30 minutes to complete.
Interview with a Stagen psychologist. Our registrar will coordinate the 45-minute phone interview where you will have an opportunity to expound on your leadership goals and challenges.
Enroll in a specific ILP class once you have received your acceptance. Following the successful completion of the application process, you will be officially accepted as a class member into your chosen cohort.
